  • 鱈魚非常營擁有豐富Omega-3,更富含維生素A、維生素D、鈣、磷、鈉、DHA等營養素,對心血管系統有很好的保護作用!
  • 魚肉油花分佈均勻、入口即化,且魚刺大而少,老少咸宜,一家大小都適合

  • 【如何料理】
  1. 清蒸鱈魚:退冰後抹上薄鹽,大火清蒸5分鐘即可,最後淋上適量醬油與蔥花即可享用。
  2. 油煎鱈魚:薄鹽調味後,建議裹上一層地瓜粉靜置反潮,此步驟可以避免沾鍋並創造酥脆口感。充分熱油後下鍋油煎,兩面各約4-5分鐘即可。
  3. 氣炸鍋:鹽巴與黑胡椒調味,放入氣炸鍋以180度氣炸8分鐘後取出翻面,另一面在氣炸5分鐘即可。

  • 注意事項:解凍後請盡速食用完畢,請勿反覆解凍結凍,會影響食材新鮮度
